Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Skin Deep Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fair access to all our clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and no-show policy below.

Cancellations

We Require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer the slot to another client.

If less than 24 hours is given, a late cancellation fee of £15 may apply.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your appointment an no prior notice is given, a no-show fee of £30 will be charged. repeated missed appointments may result in repayment being requirement for future bookings or the refusal of further services.

Booking Fees

In some cases, a non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your treatment cost on the say but will be retained in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
